• Practice Tests: Free browser-based tests covering vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening across three modes — Study, Practice, and Exam.
• PDF Self-Study Library: Downloadable and browser-viewable study guides for each of our 8 languages.
• AI Speaking Practice: Browser-based speech recognition for pronunciation feedback using the Web Speech API.
• Enrollment Service: Online form submission to register for instructor-led courses with placement assessment.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful, educational purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use automated tools to extract, scrape, or mirror content from our question banks.

All practice test results are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store individual test scores or answers on our servers.

5. AI Speaking Practice

Our AI speaking practice feature uses your device's microphone via the browser Web Speech API. Audio is processed locally in your browser and is never recorded, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. By enabling microphone access, you consent to your browser processing audio solely for the purpose of pronunciation feedback.

6. Enrollment and Course Participation

By submitting an enrollment form, you confirm that the information provided — including name, email, phone number, and selected language — is accurate and complete. Following enrollment:

• You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
• Our team will contact you to schedule a placement assessment.
• Course schedules, fees, and session formats will be communicated directly via email.

You grant RichClemon a non-exclusive right to use submitted information solely for the purpose of delivering our educational services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, question banks, lesson materials, PDF guides, images, brand assets, and software — is the property of RichClemon School of Languages or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
